The quality of education within the education system is shaped by the quality of teaching & the way teachers interact with students. The present study was conducted with the aim of examining the role of teachers’ behavior & teaching quality in improving education, increasing vitality & liveliness in the learning environment, reducing violence in schools, & explaining their role as models in shaping students’ future attitudes & behaviors. This study was conducted using a descriptive-analytical approach & a documentary & library-based method, drawing on relevant scholarly sources & documents. The discussions indicate that teaching is a systematic & purposeful process that takes shape through interaction & a reciprocal relationship between the teacher & the learner, & that factors such as classroom behavior, teaching methods, question-based teaching accompanied by student participation, & the ability to establish communication affect its quality. In this regard, positive, effective, & supportive communication is important in facilitating learning & strengthening students’ motivation. Furthermore, creating an environment based on mutual respect, emotional support, psychological safety, & vitality can increase the effectiveness of the educational process & provide the conditions for students’ development. In contrast, violent behaviors in schools can affect the process of education & upbringing & have undesirable consequences for students. Overall, the discussions indicate that simultaneous attention to teaching quality, teacher–student communication, happiness & vitality, & violence prevention is important for improving the quality of education.
